2011-2012 Season

Theatre B productions have been remarkable in the sustained high quality of their work: the choice of plays, the abilities of the actors, the stage craft. The group makes a wonderful contribution to the Fargo-Moorhead area, and I look forward to its future.

‎"NEXT FALL" was truly astounding. I'm grateful to everyone involved for your perseverance, hard work, and courage. I love that I can always count on Theatre B shows to be well-produced, thought-provoking, and uplifting! So impressed with how Theatre B has developed and grown into the theatre company everyone in Minnesota wants to know about. Congratulations!"                                              - Vicki

Combining a spy thriller with outrageous farce and ingenious theatrical invention,The 39 Steps is an engaging, fast-paced whodunit that celebrates the magic of theater. Closely following the storyline of Alfred Hitchcock's 1935 film, the play features more than 150 characters brought to life by a cast of just four actors.

Angry, humane and compassionate, Frozen is an extraordinary play that entwines the lives of a psychologist, a murderer, the mother of one of his victims as they explore the uniquely human capacity for forgiveness, remorse and change after an act that would seem to rule them out entirely.

Becky Foster is caught in middle age, middle management and in a middling marriage—with no prospects for change on the horizon. Then one night a socially inept and grief-stricken millionaire stumbles into her car dealership.  Becky is offered nothing short of a new life…and the audience is offered a chance to ride shotgun in a way that most plays wouldn't dare. Becky's New Car is a thoroughly original comedy with serious overtones, a devious and delightful romp down the road not taken.
Directed by David Wintersteen
