SECOND STAGE 2010: We present Shipwrecked! An Entertainment—The Amazing Adventures of Louis De Rougemont (As told by himself) by Pulizer Prize-winning playwright Donald Margulies. This show is about the true heart of theatre -- a story about the very nature of storytelling. Based on the real 1898 high seas exploits and life-threatening adventures of De Rougemont, the audience is left to judge whether he is an inspirational figure, or simply a good con man.

Theatre B is proud to continue its collaboration with Trollwood Performing Arts School, the region's premiere training ground for young artists.

Second Stage brings young artists fully into the creative process alongside accomplished professionals, involving them not only as performers, but as individuals whose personal ideas and insights are woven into the final product. Students come away from the experience with a better understanding of the power and relevance that art can have in shaping society, and in their own potential as artists.
