First Official Rehearsal! The recently-announced cast of Good People got together for the first time tonight for the first read-through. It was exciting to hear the words out loud for the first time.
One of my favorite parts of the first read-through is hearing all of the jokes that I didn’t think were so funny when just reading in my head. But hearing it in someone else’s voice with a new, honest inflection puts a whole new hilarious spin on things.
Also, having the same name as one of the characters really throws you off. Let’s see how many times I’m tricked by that during this process…
